为了解农村食品生产用水水质卫生状况、我们于93年7—9月(丰水期),对我市农村62家食品生产厂家的生产用水进行了水质检测。结果:依照国家有关标准和方法所检62份水样52份不合格,占83.87%;(1)细菌指标超标47份,超标率75.81%,其中42份大肠菌群数超标,超标率为67.74%,10份含量大于230个/1;细菌总数超标35份,超标率为56.45%。最高值超出标准1600倍。(2)毒理学指标超标5份,占8.06%,其中硝酸盐3份,六价铬2份,感官指标和一般化学指标未见超标。
In order to understand the hygienic condition of water quality in rural food production, we conducted water quality testing of production water of 62 food manufacturers in rural areas of our city from July to September in 1993 (wet season). Results: According to the relevant national standards and methods, 52 samples of 62 samples were unqualified, accounting for 83.87%. (1) Bacteria exceeded the standard by 47, and the exceeding standard rate was 75.81%. Among them, 42 of the coliform bacteria exceeded the standard, and the exceeding standard rate was 67.74 %, The content of 10 parts is more than 230/1; the total number of bacteria exceeded 35, exceeding the standard rate of 56.45%. The highest value exceeds the standard 1600 times. (2) Toxicological indicators exceed the standard of 5, accounting for 8.06%, of which nitrate 3, hexavalent chromium 2, sensory and general chemical indicators did not exceed the standard.
