人文素养是当今社会要求现代人具备的基本素质。人文素养的根本特征是人文精神。高职院校应将培养学生的人文精神作为学校重要的教育目标之一,但一些高校在课堂教学过程只重视其工具性而忽略其人文性,导致人文精神缺失。文章通过分析当前高职课堂教学中学生人文精神缺失的成因及影响,提出加强课堂教学中人文精神培养的对策。
Humanity accomplishment is the basic quality the modern society demands of modern people. The basic feature of humanistic accomplishment is humanistic spirit. Vocational colleges should regard cultivating students’ humane spirit as one of the important educational goals in schools. However, some colleges and universities pay attention to their instrumentalities and neglect their humanities in the process of classroom teaching, resulting in the lack of humanistic spirit. By analyzing the causes and effects of the lack of humanistic spirit in the current classroom teaching, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the training of humanistic spirit in classroom teaching.
