在煤矿瓦斯抽采监控系统中,由于其控制逻辑复杂,采用传统的矿用监控分站进行断电控制已不能满足要求,需要通过PLC进行自动控制,但采用PLC频率模块采集矿用传感器200-1000Hz的低频信号时误差较大,且需要进行信号隔离变换,采集困难。本文提出了一种采用西门子CP340通讯模块与矿用监控分站进行通讯,实现矿用监控分站采集的传感器数据与PLC共享的方法,阐述了系统结构、硬件配置和程序设计。现场实际应用表明,通过该方法 S7-300系列PLC可以方便采集矿用传感器数据,实现数据共享,根据采集到的数据有效控制各电气设备的运行。
In coal mine gas drainage monitoring system, because of its complex control logic, the use of traditional mine monitoring substation can no longer meet the requirements of power control, the need for automatic control by PLC, but the use of PLC frequency module acquisition mine sensor 200- 1000Hz low-frequency signal when the error is large, and the need for signal isolation conversion, acquisition difficulties. This paper presents a method using Siemens CP340 communication module and mine monitoring sub-station to communicate, to achieve mine monitoring sub-station sensor data collected and PLC sharing method, elaborated the system structure, hardware configuration and program design. Field practical application shows that through this method, S7-300 series PLC can collect mine sensor data conveniently, realize data sharing, and effectively control the operation of each electrical equipment according to the collected data.
