交流电子负载并联技术可应用于大功率电源或大电流电源的检测。提出一种新的前端电压型,后端电流型混合变流器(VSR-CSI)拓扑结构,并将其应用于交流电子负载并联运行中,前端采用电流滞环PWM控制,使输入电流为设定值;后端采用方波逆变以及电流移相多重叠加技术,以低开关频率实现输出电流正弦化,降低了开关损耗及输出电流谐波。同时能量以单位功率因数回馈电网,仿真结果验证了新拓扑及控制方法的正确性。
AC electronic load parallel technology can be applied to high-power or high-current power supply testing. A new front-end voltage-source and back-end current-type hybrid converter (VSR-CSI) topology is proposed and applied to parallel operation of AC electronic load. The front-end adopts current hysteresis PWM control to make the input current The rear end adopts square wave inversion and multi-superimposition of current and phase shift to realize sinusoidal output current with low switching frequency, reducing switching loss and output current harmonics. At the same time, energy is fed back to the power grid with unit power factor. The simulation results verify the correctness of the new topology and control method.
