为了解决排石器在排障过程中由于剧烈碰撞导致的失效,根据其工作特点,设计了新型弹性排石器。使排石器的结构具有足够的弹性,降低排石器所受冲击力。利用有限元软件AN-SYS10.0/LS-DYNA对新型排石器进行了结构动力学分析,通过两种排石器的比较可知,新型弹性排石器的性能更好。
In order to solve the failure caused by violent collision in the process of troubleshooting, the new type of elastic stone-throwing device was designed according to the characteristics of its work. So that the structure of the stone row device has sufficient flexibility to reduce the impact of the stone row device. The structural dynamics analysis of the new type of stone-throwing device is carried out by using finite element software AN-SYS10.0 / LS-DYNA. The comparison of two type of stone-throwing device shows that the performance of the new type of elastic stone-throwing device is better.
