随着我国企业国际化进程的不断推进,国际人力资源管理问题备受瞩目,如何有效管控海外子公司、管理国际人力资本也是当今全球跨国公司共同面临的突出问题。对于国际化进程刚刚起步的中国企业,重点集中在外派员工的管理问题。当前外派员工管理成效并不乐观,据调查显示,跨国公司外派员工的失败率,即没有完成外派任务,提前结束外派生涯的员工,占外派员工总数的20%至40%。由此可知,加强外派员工综合培训管理刻不容缓。
With the continuous progress of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, the international human resources management has drawn much attention. How to effectively control the overseas subsidiaries and manage the international human capital are also the outstanding problems that the multinational corporations in the world face today. For Chinese enterprises that have just started the process of internationalization, they have focused on the management of expatriate staff. According to the survey, the failure rate of transnational employees in expatriates is 20% to 40% of the total number of expatriates who did not complete their assignments and ended their assignments ex ante. This shows that strengthening the overall training of expatriate staff management is imperative.
