1997年7月至1999年6月,我们采用国产阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹。阿昔洛韦治疗组39例,对照组39例。78例带状疱疹患者均为门诊患者,经临床确诊,均未口服或外用皮质类固醇激素类药物。其中男52例,女26例;年龄11～63岁(1～14岁6例,15～30岁21例,>3O岁51例)。 皮损分布部位:胸肋区38例,腹部14例,背、臀部9例,腰、大腿、外阴5例,面部三叉神经支配区域9例,口咽部3例。病程最短1天,最长14天。3天内初诊者62例。有神经痛者56例,22例仅有皮损而无疼痛。两组患者在年龄、病程、性别、皮损部位、受累
July 1997 to June 1999, we use domestic acyclovir treatment of shingles. Aciclovir treatment group 39 cases, control group 39 cases. 78 patients with shingles are outpatients, clinically diagnosed, no oral or topical corticosteroids. There were 52 males and 26 females, ranging in age from 11 to 63 years old (6 cases from 1 to 14 years old, 21 cases from 15 to 30 years old and 51 cases> 30 years old). Lesions were distributed in 38 cases of thoracolumbar region, 14 cases of abdomen, 9 cases of back and hip, 5 cases of lumbar, thigh and vulva, 9 cases of facial trigeminal nerve and 3 cases of oropharyngeal. The shortest duration of 1 day, up to 14 days. 62 cases of newly diagnosed in 3 days. There are 56 cases of neuralgia, 22 cases of skin lesions without pain.
