Abroad, it has been reported in South America necrosis of the fingers to extract bone marrow for plague bacterial culture and animal experiments, get good results, but the domestic has not been reported. In July 1991, an inter-pulmonary pneumonic plague occurred in Qiaosong County, Shannan Prefecture, Tibet. Due to the restrictions of folk customs in ethnic minority areas, it is very hard to sample in the corpse. We only had to sample and isolate Y. pestis from the fingers of a deceased person for success. The report is as follows For fellow fellow reference. First, the source of material: × × × ×, female, one and a half years old, three days after death drawn. Second, the process of picking out: According to the plague routine examination, cut off from the finger bone bone marrow directly points in the dragon’s blood medium at 28 ℃ incubator culture and phage lysis test, every 24 hours to observe and transfer once, and The material smear microscopy.
