将1997年9月～1998年3月我科住院行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的74例慢性鼻窦炎病人（男45例，女29例，年龄Ic～7O岁），随机分为两组，对术中出血量进行比较。用抗生素组为术前口服二代或三代头抱类抗生素或输入青霉素或伏乐新3～5天，手术均为全麻低血压下行鼻内窥镜手术，出血量计算 Seventy-four patients with chronic sinusitis (45 males and 29 females, aged from 1c to 70 years) undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in our department from September 1997 to March 1998 were randomly divided into two groups, Intraoperative bleeding were compared.
