世纪之交的诺贝尔经济学奖授予美国经济学家詹姆斯·赫克曼(Jams J.Heckman)和丹尼尔·麦克法登(Daniel L.McFaddan),以表彰他们对微观计量经济学所做出的杰出贡献。本文旨在评介这二位诺贝尔经济学奖得主的主要工作,从中可以看出微观计量是对“经济学理论的发展和计量经济方法论的创新”,因而“从根本上改变了微观经济的应用研究”。
The Nobel Prize in economics at the turn of the century was awarded to American economists Jams J. Heckman and Daniel L. McFaddan in recognition of their work on microeconometrics Outstanding contribution. The purpose of this paper is to review the main work of the two Nobel Prize winners in economics. From this it can be seen that micro-measurement is “the development of economic theory and the innovation of econometric methodology” and thus “fundamentally changes the application of micro-economy the study”.
