本文介绍一种特殊的混凝土路面砖及其应用体系。研究始于解决寒冷地区冬季雪天路面结冰防滑问题,该种路面砖铺设后可利用日常交通行驶车辆,给道路表面供给融雪剂。冬季由于雪被车轮压实而在路面形成光滑的表面,这在交叉路口和交通要道上非常危险。桥梁和山区隧道的出入口处,常常是最危险区域,若用喷洒车喷洒盐水或融雪剂,会有相当大的量流入道路两边的排水沟内。因此,需考虑冬季雪天如何向路面撒涂融雪(冰)剂的问题。这种路面砖及应用体系,还适用于解决其它领域的问题,如减缓因城市道路表面固化造成的“城市热岛”现象,也可用于减少路面灰尘,以及清洁从泥泞建筑工地出来的卡车轮胎。当路面体系中的液体为某种杀菌液时,也可用于给车轮消毒,以抗击禽流感等流行病毒。这种路面砖适合于铺设在特定区域,提供特殊的使用功能。这种特殊功能的路面砖由混凝土和弹性材料复合而成,弹性材料为废旧传送带或废机动车轮胎的橡胶体切割而成。当混凝土和弹性材料组合,还可赋予路面砖降低噪音、增大路面摩擦系数的额外特性;路面砖顶面为混凝土,对液体的吸收性小,可延长液体随轮胎转动在路面涂抹的距离。本文主要介绍相关应用情况和试验结果。该种路面砖及应用体系,不仅解决交通问题,也解决利废环保问题,建造费用与维护费用也较低。行驶的车辆可在相当长的路段上涂抹出独立的块状痕迹。以前发表的论文对该种路面砖已进行的试验、已解决的某些基本问题——控制块材厚度、控制液体供给量,均有所探讨。本文对这些问题进行重新讨论,以证明这种路面砖及应用系统的可行性,并可用任意厚度废橡胶片与混凝土块材结合,形成选定厚度的路面砖。实践表明,混凝土与弹性材料之间的界面是不平整的,所以界面越不平整、附着力越持久,可解决废橡胶传统切碎和化学固结方法所引起的缺憾。本文从这种路面砖应用体系着手,讨论用于液体涂抹路面的实用装置,控制上采用托利切利管(Torricelli Tube)的原理,来保持液面的稳定性。该系统适用于各种路况,省去了以前使用的复杂的液体控制装置。
This article introduces a kind of special concrete pavement brick and its application system. The research started with solving the problem of icing and anti-icing in the winter snowy days in cold areas. This kind of paving slabs can be used daily by traffic vehicles to supply the surface with deicing salt. The winter creates a smooth surface on the road due to snow being compacted by wheels, which is dangerous at intersections and traffic routes. Entrances and exits to bridges and mountain tunnels are often the most dangerous areas. If sprayers spray saltwater or deicing salt, a considerable amount flows into the drains on either side of the road. Therefore, the issue of how to apply snowmelts to the pavement in winter snow days should be considered. This pavement tile and application system is also suitable for solving other problems such as alleviating the phenomenon of “urban heat island” caused by the solidification of urban road surfaces as well as reducing road surface dust and cleaning trucks coming from muddy construction sites Tire. When the liquid in the pavement system is a kind of bactericidal solution, it can also be used to sterilize the wheels to fight the epidemic virus such as the bird flu. This kind of tile is suitable for laying in a specific area, providing special use function. This special function of the pavement tiles made of concrete and elastic composite material, the elastic material for the waste conveyor belt or scrap rubber tires cut from the motor vehicle. Practice shows that the interface between concrete and elastic material is not smooth, so the more uneven the interface, the longer the adhesion, which can solve the defects caused by the traditional chopped rubber and chemical consolidation methods. This article starts with this pavement tile application system, discusses practical devices for liquid application of pavement, and controls the principle of using Torricelli Tube to maintain liquid level stability. The system is suitable for a variety of road conditions, eliminating the complex liquid control devices previously used.
