水土保持方案作为水土保持工作的重要技术指导文件，能够防止水土流失和生态环境的进一步恶化。本文结合笔者多年的实践经验，介绍了水土保持方案设计的科学性和防治标准的指导性，针对目前水土保持方案编制中存在的问题进行分析，并提出一些合理的、有效的对策与建议，为类似编制工作提供参考的依据。
