本文报道家兔眼局部应用前列腺素(PG_s)可降低眼压。实验方法:将体重2.0～2.5kg的白兔用0.4%盐酸丁氧普鲁卡因局麻后固定在兔架上,用Alcon空气压平眼压计测量眼压。把PG_s溶解于50μl含100mM分子磷酸钾的缓冲剂中(pH 7.3),另用250μg的PGD_2钠盐加上等量克分子的碳酸钠溶于最小量的水中,尔后用缓冲剂配制出合适的pH和浓度的PGD_2,然后点一眼,另一眼仅接受等量的缓冲剂。在上午11～12点钟给药,7小时后测量一眼的房水蛋白含量作为对照,另一眼用PG_s治疗。用针
This article reports the local application of prostaglandin (PG_s) in rabbits eye can reduce intraocular pressure. Experimental methods: The rabbits weighing 2.0-2.5kg were fixed in rabbits with 0.4% buprenorphine hydrochloride and the intraocular pressure was measured with Alcon air pressure tonometer. The PG_s was dissolved in 50 μl of buffer containing 100 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7.3) and another 250 μg of PGD 2 sodium salt plus an equivalent amount of sodium carbonate was dissolved in the minimum amount of water, and then a suitable pH and concentration of PGD_2, then one point, the other only accept the same amount of buffer.
