针对非对称方锥台件的数控渐进成形工艺,采用有限元数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,分析了单道次和两道次的成形极限图和壁厚变化情况,研究了两道次成形时不同成形路径对成形质量的影响。结果表明:两道次渐进成形可提高零件的可成形性,但在成形路径设计时应考虑侧壁成形角对成形性能的影响,避免由于前后道次径向差异过大而引起的成形件壁厚过度减薄及底部下沉现象。
Aiming at the numerical progressive forming process of asymmetric square truncated cone table, the finite element numerical simulation and the experimental method are combined to analyze the forming limit and wall thickness variation of single pass and two passes, Effect of Different Forming Paths on Forming Quality. The results show that two-pass incremental forming can improve the formability of the part. However, the influence of the forming angle of the sidewall on the formability should be considered in the design of the forming path, and the wall of the forming part due to the radial difference between the front and the rear passes should be avoided.
