孕产妇围产期保健状况和健康教育管理成效

目的:探析孕产妇围产期的保健状况,并分析健康教育管理的效果。方法:选择2011年2月~2013年2月浙江省湖州市南浔区中西医结合医院参加“孕妇学校”的孕产妇120例作为观察组,再选择同期未参加“孕妇学校”的孕产妇120例作为对照组,对两组的产检、保健情况等进行比较和分析。结果:相比较对照组而言,观察组的平均产检次数和健康知识掌握评分均较高(P<0.05);同时,两组在第一、第二、第三产程及产后2h出血量方面,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加强孕产妇的围产期保健管理和健康教育,不仅可以提高孕产妇围产期保健认知水平,降低并发症发生率,还在一定程度上为产妇及新生儿安全提供有效保障。 Objective: To explore the status of maternal perinatal health care, and analyze the effect of health education management. Methods: From February 2011 to February 2013, 120 pregnant women participated in “Pregnancy School” in Nanxun Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province as observation group, and then chose “pregnant school” in the same period. 120 pregnant women as a control group, the two groups of birth control, health conditions were compared and analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the average number of birth examination and health knowledge grading in the observation group were higher (P <0.05); at the same time, the two groups in the first, second and third labor and 2h postpartum hemorrhage, The observation group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Strengthening perinatal care management and health education for pregnant women can not only improve pregnant women’s perinatal health awareness and reduce the incidence of complications, but also to some extent, to provide effective protection for the safety of mothers and newborns.
