目的评价“宣参1号”及“宣参1号”脱毒株的质量。方法用高效液相色谱法和用分光光度法分别测定“宣参1号”及“宣参1号”脱毒株太子参样品中太子参环肽B及多糖、皂苷的含量;并与不同产地太子参样品进行比较。结果 “宣参1号”及“宣参1号”脱毒株环肽B含量为0.021%、0.030%;皂苷含量分别为0.735%、1.231%;多糖含量分别为8.31%、9.30%。不同产地太子参样品中太子参环肽B及多糖、皂苷的含量存在差异。结论通过分析“宣参1号”及其脱毒株的多糖类、皂苷类、环肽类活性成分并与其他产地太子参样品比较;“宣参1号”脱毒株经过脱毒后改良了品种,其品质特性比“宣参1号”优良。实验结果为宣州太子参药材质量的综合评价和道地药材GAP实施提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the quality of virus-free strains of “Xuan-sheng 1” and “Xuan-she 1”. Methods HPLC and spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of heterophylla peptide B, polysaccharide and saponin in the samples of “XuanShen 1” and “XuanShen 1” And with different origin heterophylla samples for comparison. Results The content of cyclic peptide B in detoxification strain was 0.021% and 0.030% respectively; the content of saponin was 0.735% and 1.231% respectively; the content of polysaccharide was 8.31% and 9.30 respectively %. There are differences in the content of heterophylla peptide B, polysaccharides and saponins in heterophylla samples from different areas. Conclusion The results showed that the active components of polysaccharides, saponins and cyclopeptides of “Xuan-gong 1” and its detoxified strains were compared with the samples of heterophylla heterophylla from other producing areas; After detoxification improved varieties, its quality characteristics than the “Xuan-1” fine. The experimental results provide the basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Radix Astragali and the authentic GAP implementation.
