目的采用内隐联想测验(IAT)对大学生的内隐成就动机进行研究。方法本文使用测验测试了32名被试,从性别、文理、年级和学历角度研究大学生的内隐成就动机。结果①大学生内隐成就动机在性别(t=-0.936,P>0.01)、文理(t=-1.7,P>0.01)上差异不显著;②大学生内隐成就动机在学历(t=-4.617,P<0.01)和年级上(F=14.223,P=0.000)差异有统计学意义。结论大学生的内隐成就动机是客观存在的,且主要受学历和年级的影响。
Objective To investigate implicit achievement motivation of undergraduates by using Implicit Association Test (IAT). Methods In this study, 32 subjects were tested using the test to study undergraduates’ implicit achievement motivation from the aspects of gender, liberal arts, grade and education. Results ① There was no significant difference in implicit achievement motivation among undergraduates (t = -0.936, P> 0.01) and liberal arts (t = -1.7, P> 0.01) P <0.01) and grade (F = 14.223, P = 0.000), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The implicit achievement motivation of college students is objective and mainly influenced by academic qualifications and grade.
