目的了解野生黄芩种质资源间的遗传距离及亲缘关系。方法应用RAPD分子标记技术对山西10个不同产地的野生黄芩种质进行了分析,应用SPSS 19.0软件对结果进行了聚类分析。结果 7条引物扩增出54条片段,其中多态性条带52条,多态率为96.30%,10个野生种的遗传距离在0~0.818之间,可聚为五类。结论 10个不同产地的山西野生黄芩之间存在明显差异,具有丰富的遗传多样性。研究为山西野生黄芩种质资源的保护和开发、利用,为优良黄芩种质的选育提供了实验依据。
Objective To understand the genetic distance and genetic relationship of wild Scutellaria baicalensis germplasm resources. Methods Wild Scutellaria baicalensis germplasm from 10 different provenances in Shanxi were analyzed using RAPD molecular markers. The results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results Seven of the primers amplified 54 fragments, of which 52 were polymorphic bands with a polymorphism rate of 96.30%. The genetic distances among 10 wild species ranged from 0 to 0.818, which could be clustered into five groups. Conclusion There are significant differences between wild Scutellaria baicalensis in 10 different habitats, which is rich in genetic diversity. The research provided the experimental evidence for the conservation, development and utilization of wild Scutellaria baicalensis germplasm resources in Shanxi Province.
