提出一种基于超连续谱(SC)的新型可调谐非线性光阈值器件,通过调谐光带通滤波器(OTF)改变阈值器件特性。实验中,高非线性光纤(HNLF)输入光功率为21.0dBm时,测得滤波器中心波长一定时的最佳20dB带宽为12~18nm,滤波器带宽固定时的最佳中心波长为1 576nm。
A novel tunable nonlinear optical threshold device based on supercontinuum (SC) is proposed to change the threshold device characteristics by tuning the optical band-pass filter (OTF). In the experiment, the best 20dB bandwidth of the HNLF is 12 ~ 18nm and the best center wavelength of the filter bandwidth is 1 576nm when the input optical power is 21.0dBm.
