目的探讨非体外循环下建立操作简单、稳定的心肺联合移植动物模型的方法。方法套管法大鼠左肺移植动物模型基础上,结合左肺及心脏整体移植理论,建立改良套管法大鼠心肺联合移植动物模型。结果正式试验中20只大鼠建立模型,供心通血复跳18只,复跳率90%;术后3d内移植心脏搏动无力3只,15例手术成功者存活均超过7d;第7d开胸见肺膨胀良好,无明显肺水肿,受体右侧肺门阻断前后测动脉血气进行比较,PO2和PCO2均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论改良套管法心肺联合移植动物模型避免了体外循环,移植后左肺及全心作功,操作简便,仪器设备要求简单,费用较低,效果较好,可推广应用。
Objective To explore a simple and stable cardiopulmonary transplantation animal model without cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Based on the animal model of left lung transplantation in rats and the theory of left lung and whole heart transplantation, a rat model of cardiopulmonary transplantation with improved cannulation was established. Results In the formal experiment, 20 rats were used to establish a model for re-energizing the blood, and the rate of rebound was 90%. Three hearts were beaten three days after transplantation. The survival rate of all 15 surgically survived for more than 7 days. On the 7th day Thoracic lung expansion was good, no significant pulmonary edema, before and after the right hilar receptor block arterial blood gas compared, PO2 and PCO2 were no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The improved cannulated cardiopulmonary combined transplantation animal model avoids extracorporeal circulation, left lung and heart work after transplantation, simple operation, simple equipment requirements, lower cost, better effect, which can be popularized and applied.
