飞轮转子轮缘与轮毂之间采用过盈配合的连接方式可保证飞轮在高速旋转时的稳定性和可靠性。基于ANSYS workbench软件对飞轮轮缘与轮毂的过盈配合进行有限元分析,得到在不同过盈量及不同转速下应力和离心力对飞轮转子配合性能的影响。为飞轮转子的过盈量的选取和结构设计提供一种有效、可靠的分析方法和计算依据。
Flywheel rotor flange and the hub with interference fit between the connections to ensure that the flywheel in the high-speed rotation of the stability and reliability. Based on ANSYS workbench software, the interference fit of flywheel rim and hub was analyzed by finite element method, and the influence of stress and centrifugal force on flywheel rotor mating performance under different interference and different rotation speed was obtained. It provides an effective and reliable analytical method and calculation basis for selecting the flywheel rotor interference and the structural design.
