八年级下学期,我发现郭致远同学数学成绩下滑,且每逢周日返校的日子(我们是寄宿制学校),总会找这样那样的借口请假,拖到周二周三甚至周四才会在我的一再督促下来上学。凭班主任的直觉,我看出点苗头:这个学生想辍学,如不及时处理,或处理欠妥当,我的担心就会成为事实。于是我赶紧与家长联系,了解情况。家长反映的情况果然与猜测相符,该生已流露出辍学的念头,但这孩子性格较内向,一直不愿说其中原因,家长也无计可施。
In the eighth grade next semester, I found out that Guo Zhiyuan’s mathematics grades have been declining. And every day when I go back to school on Sunday (we are a boarding school), I always find such an excuse to take a holiday until Tuesday, Wednesday or even Thursday Repeatedly urged to go to school. With the headmaster’s intuition, I can see some signs: The student wants to drop out of school, if not promptly dealt with or improperly handled, my fears will become a reality. So I quickly contact with parents to understand the situation. The situation reflected by parents really coincides with the speculation that the student has shown the idea of dropping out of school. However, the child’s personality is introverted and he has been reluctant to say that the reasons for the problem are so parents can not do anything.
