应用低温包埋、紫外线照射、胶体金标记、免疫电镜技术，首次在透射电镜下确定Ｗｈｉｔｅ树脂包埋淋巴细胞内β－葡葡糖醛酸酶在超微结构水平的精确定位，观察到淋巴细胞的内质网、高尔基复合体、溶酶体内散在分布着标记β－葡萄糖醛酸酶的金颗粒，表明该酶主要分布于这几种细胞器内。
