宝珠寺水电站中孔工作弧门支铰的支撑牛腿采用后张法预应力锚索结构。工程项目施工复杂 ,技术标准高 ,并且作用在弧门上的水推力大 (单支铰承受 2 .5万 k N) ,相应地张拉吨位大 (主锚索单孔设计锁定吨位为 380 .6 t) ,又属于高空作业 ,给施工带来了难度。根据现场实际情况 ,灵活采用各种施工方案 ,为达到张拉技术要求 ,施工中采用“双控”兼顾测力器观测、校核 ,确保了工程如期交付使用。
