“十七大”后,我国高等特殊教育发展的外部社会环境正在发生迅速而可喜的变化。有关高等院校如何根据形势发展和科学发展观的要求,果断作出应对,不仅对于高校自身发展,而且对于残疾人事业发展与和谐社会的建立,都具有重要的意义。本文从“人本特教”视角对我国高等特殊教育领域贯彻落实以人为本科学发展观的若干问题做一些分析和探讨。
After the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the external social environment for the development of higher special education in our country is undergoing rapid and gratifying changes. How colleges and universities respond decisively to the situation in accordance with the requirements of the situation and the scientific concept of development is of great significance not only for the development of colleges and universities but also for the development of the cause of disabled persons and the establishment of a harmonious society. This paper analyzes and discusses some issues on how to carry out the people-oriented scientific concept of development in the field of higher special education in our country from the perspective of “humanistic special education”.
