This article describes the computer fuel consumption management analysis system. After statistical analysis of a large amount of data, a method and formula for formulating fuel consumption standards of the fleet are put forward. At the same time, evaluation indexes of the technical level of the driver and the technical condition of the vehicle are put forward.
