目的了解骨科手术部位感染情况,制定防控干预措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对本医院骨科手术患者切口部位感染现状进行了调查,提出防控干预措施。结果该医院2006-2010年共实施骨科手术17 040例,发生手术部位感染33例,感染率0.19%。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类切口手术部位感染率依次为0.08%,0.70%和1.80%。结论该医院骨科手术切口部位感染率以Ⅲ类切口最高,可有针对性地实施防控措施。
Objective To understand the infection of orthopedic surgery sites and to develop prevention and control interventions. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to investigate the status of incision infection in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in our hospital and put forward prevention and control interventions. Results A total of 17 040 orthopedic operations were performed in this hospital from 2006 to 2010, and 33 cases of surgical site infection occurred, with an infection rate of 0.19%. Infection rates of surgical sites for type Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ incisions were 0.08%, 0.70% and 1.80%, respectively. Conclusion The infection rate of the incision site of orthopedic surgery in this hospital is the highest in type Ⅲ incision, and the prevention and control measures can be implemented in a targeted manner.
