在滚动轴承生产中,车加工是切削加工的第一道工序。这个工序的生产效率高低和加工质量优劣,将直接影响到轴承产品的产量和质量。因此,学习和研究轴承零件的车工工艺,对提高轴承生产水平是有着很大意义的。 本讲座的任务是:使初学者能获得各种轴承零件的车加工方法,掌握有关技术知识和一定的计算能力,懂得有关车床和工夹量刀具的结构与性能,学习一定的工艺分析方法,从而能够较合理地解决生产实践中出现的一些问题。
