高校人事档案管理是高校人力资源管理的重要工作。教职工的人事档案管理实现信息化,能够有助于高校教职工在教学、科研和社会服务等岗位的合理配置。然而,传统的人事档案管理在实现信息化过程中面临着观念、资源和评价三重困境。要使高校人事档案管理信息化合理建设,就需要突破三重困境,科学构建和实施高校人事档案管理信息化建设的对策。
Personnel file management in colleges and universities is an important task of human resources management in colleges and universities. Staff files to achieve the management of personnel information, can help colleges and universities in teaching, research and social services such as the rational allocation of jobs. However, the traditional personnel file management faces the triple predicament of concept, resource and evaluation in the process of realizing informationization.
