中药沙参(Adenophora triphylla var japonica)的根具有镇痛、消炎和止咳作用。作者从其根中分离得二个新的三萜化合物,分别命名为Methyl adeno-phorate (Ⅰ)和Triphyllol(Ⅱ)。植物根(10kg)在室温下用甲醇提取三次,合并甲醇提取液,减压浓缩得浸膏(1140g),加水,用乙醚萃取5次,浓缩后得提取物(120g)。通过硅胶柱层析,依次用石油醚-苯(1:1)和苯洗脱。苯洗脱液经乙醇重结晶,得无色板状结晶(340mg),为methyl adenopho-rate(Ⅰ),熔点144～145°,C_(31)H_(48)O_3,[α]_D-92.5°,MSm/e:468(M~+),λ_(max)~(乙醇)nm(logε)225(4.05),经X-
The root of Adenophora triphylla var. Japonica has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-cough effects. The authors isolated two new triterpenoids from their roots, named Methyl adeno-phorate (Ⅰ) and Triphyllol (Ⅱ). The plant root (10 kg) was extracted three times with methanol at room temperature. The methanol extracts were combined and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain an extract (1140 g). Water was added and extracted with ether five times. The extract was concentrated (120 g). Purify by silica gel column chromatography, eluting with petroleum ether-benzene (1: 1) and then benzene. Benzene eluate was recrystallized from ethanol to give colorless crystals (340 mg), methyl adenopho-rate (I), mp 144-145 °, C 31 H 48 O 3, [α] D-92.5 °, MSm / e: 468 (M ~ +), λ max (ethanol) nm (logε) 225
