通过冲击机研究稀土镁合金及其搅拌摩擦焊接接头常温下的冲击韧性,探讨了接头不同部位对V形冲击的影响。结果表明,冲击韧性在焊核区最高,热影响区其次,母材最低。这是由于焊核区发生动态再结晶,生成更为细小的等轴组织。SEM结果显示,母材断口为准解理断裂,焊核区和热影响区为韧脆混合型断裂。
The impact toughness of rare earth magnesium alloy and its friction stir welded joints at room temperature was studied by impactor, and the influence of different parts on V-shaped impact was discussed. The results show that the impact toughness in the nugget area the highest, followed by heat-affected zone, the lowest base metal. This is due to the dynamic recrystallization of the nugget zone, resulting in more finely equiaxed tissue. SEM results show that the fracture of base metal is quasi-cleavage fracture, and the nugget and HAZ are ductile-brittle-type fracture.
