目的 :研究手术放大镜在不发达基层地区开展后房型人工晶状体植入手术的作用 ,推动本地区白内障防盲工作。方法 :在基层以手术放大镜结合冷光源独头灯辅助照明为 1178只眼白内障患者行白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶状体植入手术。术后观察 1周 ,记录其裸眼视力及并发症。结果 :术后 1周内 ,裸眼视力≥ 1 0者 6只眼 (0 5 1% ) ,0 3~ 0 8者 6 94只眼(5 9 0 1% ) ,0 1~ 0 2 5者 4 94只眼 (42 0 1% ) ,<0 1者 2 2只眼 (1 87% )。并发症主要有 :角膜水肿 (2 7只眼 ) ,后囊破裂 (2 2只眼 ) ,前房出血 (11只眼 ) ,皮质残留 (7只眼 ) ,瞳孔移位 (5只眼 )。结论 :手术放大镜结合冷光源独头灯辅助照明行白内障摘除联合后房型人工晶状体植入手术可以获得良好的视力效果 ,对基层不发达地区白内障防盲工作起着积极地推动作用
Objective: To study the role of surgical magnifying glass in posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in underdeveloped grass-roots areas to promote cataract prevention in this region. Methods: A total of 1178 cataract patients underwent cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation with surgical magnifying glass and cold light source single headlamp auxiliary lighting at the grass roots. One week after operation, their visual acuity and complications were recorded. RESULTS: Within 1 week after operation, 6 eyes (0 5 1%) with uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 10, 6 94 eyes (0 9 0 1%) with 0 3 ~ 0 8, and 0 1 ~ 0 2 5 with 4 94 eyes (42 0 1%), <0 1 2 2 eyes (1 87%). The main complications were corneal edema (27 eyes), posterior capsular rupture (22 eyes), anterior chamber hemorrhage (11 eyes), cortical residual (7 eyes) and pupillary displacement (5 eyes). CONCLUSION: Surgery magnifying glass combined with cold light source alone headlamp auxiliary lighting cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation can obtain good visual effects, and plays a positive role in preventing cataract blindness in underdeveloped areas
