跳远是一项简单入手的体育运动。跳远运动不仅需要运动员具备强大的弹跳能力,同时对于运动员的助跑技术要求也比较高。因此可以说,跳远是一项对于运动员个人身体素质能力要求非常高的体育项目。因而如今大部分高校都开办了能够有效提高运动员运动技巧与身体素质能力的组合训练法,旨在通过组合训练法快速帮助运动员提高个人跳远能力。制定合理科学的训练方式对于运动员来讲至关重要,因而本文将根据组合训练法的实践与应用方式进行推敲,并分析在组合训练中应注意的训练问题。
Long jump is a simple start of the sport. Long-jump sports not only need athletes have a strong ability to bounce, while athlete’s run-time technical requirements are relatively high. Therefore, it can be said that long jump is a physical activity that requires very high athlete physical fitness. Therefore, most colleges and universities nowadays have set up combinatorial training methods that can effectively improve the athletic skills and physical fitness of athletes. The aim is to quickly help athletes improve their long jump ability through combination training. It is very important for the athletes to formulate a reasonable and scientific training method. Therefore, this paper will consider the practice and application of the combined training method and analyze the training problems that should be paid attention to in the combined training.
