本试验的目的在于为长春地区生产用材部门提供合理的木材干燥标准,确保木制构件及制品的质量,以期达到合理、节约利用木材。试验就长春地区17种主要用材的平衡含水率的变异等四个方面进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,木材平衡平含水率随空气相对湿度、温度变化而变化,即随相对湿度的增加而提高。不同树种的木材平衡含水率各异。长春地区木材平衡含水率平均值,室内为9.45%,室外为13.76%;室内1—3月最低(5.01~5.43%),8~9月最高(10.55~11.44%),室外4~6月最低(8.80~9.27%),7~9月最高(12.50~14.66%);室内低于室外,室内约在4—14%范围内,室外约在8~18%范围内;树种间的差异,长白落叶松最低(室内8.16%,室外11.48%),红皮云杉最高(室内10.48%,室外14.56%)。
The purpose of this test is to provide reasonable timber drying standards for the production timber department in Changchun to ensure the quality of wooden components and products in order to achieve reasonable and economical use of timber. The experiment was conducted on four aspects of the variation of equilibrium moisture content of 17 main timber in Changchun area. The test results show that the equilibrium moisture content of wood varies with relative humidity and temperature of air, that is, it increases with relative humidity. Different species of wood moisture balance different. The average moisture content of wood in Changchun was 9.45% in indoor and 13.76% in outdoor, the lowest in indoor from January to March (from 5.11 to 5.43%), the highest from August to September (10.55 to 11.44%), and the lowest in outdoor from April to June (8 .80 ~ 9. 27%), the highest from July to September (12.50 ~ 14.66%); indoor below the outdoor, indoor about 4-14% range, outdoor about 8 ~ 18% range; Larix is the lowest (indoor 8.16%, outdoor 11.48%), the highest spruce (indoor 10.48%, outdoor 14.56%).
