目的:应用免疫固定的电泳技术,提高M蛋白病的正确诊断率。方法:通过对血清免疫球蛋白定量、区带电泳、固定电泳以及尿的区带电泳、免疫电泳和本周氏蛋白的检测,综合分析判断。结果:检测来自国内送诊的1213例标本,共检出M蛋白445例,占36.69%,准确率达99.6%。结论:以免疫固定电泳替代传统的检测方法,使得鉴定M蛋白的方法较2年前有了更大的提高。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the correct diagnosis rate of M protein disease by using immune immobilization electrophoresis technique. Methods: By quantitative analysis of serum immunoglobulin, zone electrophoresis, fixed electrophoresis and urine zone electrophoresis, immunoelectrophoresis and detection of this week’s protein, comprehensive analysis and judgment. Results: A total of 1213 specimens from domestic patients were detected, 445 M protein samples were detected, accounting for 36.69% with an accuracy rate of 99.6%. CONCLUSIONS: Immuno-stationary electrophoresis replaces traditional detection methods and has led to a greater improvement in the identification of M proteins than two years ago.
