目前铬(Ⅵ)的光度法测定,大都采用 Rose等人提出的二苯碳酰二肼法。该法灵敏度不高(ε_(540)=3.46×10~4),络合物极不稳定,不易操作。为适应环境监测和工业分析的需要,我们制定了下述的方法。该法灵敏度高;具有良好的选择性;显色液非常稳定,放置12小时吸光度不变;重现性好,5次测定10微克铬(Ⅵ),变异系数为0.58%。本法可用于铬钢中铬的测定,特别适用于饮用水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)
At present, the spectrophotometric determination of chromium (Ⅵ) mostly adopts the diphenylcarbazide method proposed by Rose et al. The sensitivity of the method is not high (ε_ (540) = 3.46 × 10 ~ 4), the complex is very unstable, not easy to operate. To meet the needs of environmental monitoring and industrial analysis, we have developed the following method. The method has high sensitivity; good selectivity; the color developing solution is very stable, the absorbance is kept unchanged for 12 hours; the reproducibility is good, and the determination of 10 micrograms chromium (Ⅵ) is 5 times with a coefficient of variation of 0.58%. This method can be used for the determination of chromium in chromium steel, especially for trace amounts of chromium (Ⅵ) in drinking water
