在对相关文献进行回顾分析的基础上,从理论上界定了新创企业网络导向的4个维度,然后通过半结构访谈和探索性分析,将新创企业网络导向维度调整为网络合作性、网络关注度和网络开放性3个方面,并对其量表进行了优化。接着利用183份有效样本,研究了我国新创企业网络导向对企业绩效的直接影响和间接影响。研究表明,虽然网络导向对新创企业绩效的直接作用明显,但却显著小于其通过创业能力对绩效所产生的间接作用。
On the basis of retrospective analysis of related literatures, this paper theoretically defines four dimensions of new-firm’s network orientation, and then, through semi-structured interviews and exploratory analyzes, it adjusts the dimensions of new-firm’s network orientation to network cooperation, Attention and openness of the network in three aspects, and its scale was optimized. Then, using 183 valid samples, we study the direct and indirect influences of the network orientation of new venture in China on the firm performance. The research shows that although the direct effect of the network orientation on the performance of new start-ups is obvious, it is significantly less than its indirect effect on performance through their start-up capabilities.
