目的 了解鼠、蜱中自然感染斑点热群立克次体状况。方法 用PCR法检测鼠类脾脏和蜱类中的斑点热群立克次体DNA序列片段。结果 在云南省大理市下关野外山地捕获鼠类 9种 5 1只 ,从大足鼠 (1/ 15 )、大绒鼠 (1/ 7)和短尾 (1/ 8)各检出阳性 1份 ,其他鼠种均为阴性 ,总阳性率为 5 .88%。从采自弥渡县的 2 0 8只勐突血蜱中检出阳性 5份 ,阳性率为 2 .40 %。结论 初步认为云南省大理地区存在斑点热疫源地。
Objective To understand the status of rickettsia in spotted fever group in ticks and ticks. Methods The PCR products were used to detect the Rickettsia rickettsia DNA fragments in murine spleen and ticks. Results Ninety - five species of 9 species of rodents were captured in the Xiaguan Mountains of Dali City, Yunnan Province. The positives were detected in 1 of 15 rats, 1 in 7 mammoths and 1 in 8 males. Copies, the other mice are negative, the total positive rate of 5.88%. A total of 2 positive samples were detected from 208 monophyllus sp. Collected from Midu County, with a positive rate of 2.40%. Conclusion It is preliminarily believed that there is plague origin in Dali, Yunnan Province.
