[目的 ]建立测定小鼠全身肌肉乙酰胆碱受体含量的方法 ,应用于实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力病情的判定 .[方法 ]从实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力小鼠全身肌肉中提取乙酰胆碱受体 ,应用放射免疫测定法测定小鼠全身肌肉乙酰胆碱受体的含量 .[结果 ]经计算得出 ,实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力小鼠全身肌肉中的乙酰胆碱受体含量为 19 8fmol,每克肌肉的乙酰胆碱受体含量为 4 4fmol.[结论 ]此方法具有简单、省时、耗材少的特点 ,适用于重症肌无力及实验性自身免疫性重症肌无力的研究 .
[Objective] To establish a method for determining the content of acetylcholine receptor in muscle of mice and to determine the condition of experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis [Method] To extract acetylcholine from whole muscle of experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis The radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of acetylcholine receptors in whole muscle of mice. [Results] The results showed that the content of acetylcholine receptors in whole muscle of experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis mice was 19 8fmol, Muscle acetylcholine receptor content of 44fmol. [Conclusion] This method has the characteristics of simple, time-saving, less consumables for myasthenia gravis and experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis.
