以17份枸杞种质为试材,采用SCoT标记法,分析了17份枸杞种质资源的遗传多样性,以期为枸杞种质资源的深度开发与利用提供参考。结果表明:从42条引物中筛选出7条重复性好、条带清晰的引物进行PCR扩增,共扩增出32条条带,其中30条条带具有多态性,多态性比率为93.47%;UPGMA聚类分析显示,17份枸杞种质间遗传相似系数在0.30~1.00,平均相似系数为0.80,在遗传相似系数为0.72时,可将17份枸杞资源分成四大类。表明采用SCoT标记法能够揭示枸杞种质间的遗传多样性。
The genetic diversity of 17 germplasm resources of Lycium barbarum was analyzed by using SCoT marker method in 17 germplasms of germplasm resources of Goji, in order to provide reference for the deep development and utilization of Lycium Germplasm resources. The results showed that seventeen primers were screened out from 42 primers for PCR amplification. A total of 32 bands were amplified, of which 30 bands were polymorphic and the polymorphic ratio was 93.47%. UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficients of 17 germplasms were between 0.30 and 1.00 and the average similarity coefficient was 0.80. When the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.72, 17 Germplasm resources could be divided into four groups. The results showed that using SCoT marker method could reveal the genetic diversity of wolfberry germplasm.
