子宫肌瘤是妇科常见病 ,黏膜下肌瘤约占肌瘤发病率的 1 %。它对患者的月经和生育能力有较大影响 ,是妇女失血性贫血和不孕的原因之一。本文总结宫腔镜下手术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤技术 ,促进其在临床上的推广普及 ,以便更好地为广大女性患者服务。1　资料与方法1 1　一般资料　本 Uterine fibroids are common gynecological diseases, submucosal fibroids account for about 1% of the incidence of fibroids.
