本文是笔者们对含PTFE粉的二相流体润滑剂进行系列研究的一部分。把含不同比例PTFE粉的二相流体润滑剂加在空气压缩机的润滑系统中,由于PTFE粉颗粒的填充作用,将对活塞环与缸壁之间的密封产生作用。本试验是通过观察打到相同压力所需的时间,来比较PTFE粉的含量对密封性能的影响。其结论是,这种润滑剂可以增加活塞环与气缸壁之间的密封效果,缩短打压时间,并且当含量超过某一值(16%)后,打压时间不再缩短。
This article is part of a series of in-depth studies of two-phase fluid lubricants containing PTFE powders. Two-phase fluid lubricants containing different proportions of PTFE powder are added to the air compressor lubrication system and the sealing between the piston ring and the cylinder wall will act as a result of the filling of the PTFE powder particles. This test is by observing the time required to hit the same pressure, to compare the PTFE powder content on the sealing performance. The conclusion is that this lubricant can increase the sealing effect between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, shortening the pressing time, and the pressing time no longer shortens when the content exceeds a certain value (16%).
