落实安全培训机构的质量责任需要不断探索新的培训模式,提高培训实效。该文介绍了大同煤矿集团安全技术培训中心将现代学徒制教育理念和形式引入安全培训模式的实践情况,包含师带徒、顶岗实践、专家释疑和巩固提高四个环节,分析了该模式在搭建现代职业教育体系、双师型教师队伍动态管理和技术人才培养中的优势,并指出了未来应用推广中存在的制约因素。
To implement the quality responsibility of safety training institutions needs to continuously explore new training modes and improve training effectiveness. This paper introduces the practice of Datong Coal Mine Group Safety Technology Training Center introducing the concept and form of modern apprenticeship education into safety training mode. It includes four parts: apprenticeship, post practice, expert dispelment and consolidation and improvement. Modern vocational education system, the dynamic management of double-qualified teachers and technical personnel training advantages, and pointed out that the application of the promotion of the future constraints.
