添加外源纤维素酶对土壤原生纤维素酶活性的影响

采用室内模拟法研究了以玉米秸秆作底物,在pH 6.5、温度27℃的环境中,向土壤施加外源纤维素酶对土壤原生酶活性及其底物酶解率的影响。结果表明:加酶处理总酶活高于不加酶处理酶活,且加酶后的土壤原生酶活性在第3~7天高于不加酶的土壤原生酶活性。各处理酶活在第4天达到高峰后逐步降低。同时添加外源纤维素酶有助于提高土壤原生纤维素酶的底物酶解率。
