对贵阳市２１３９名９～１７岁健康女性测身高、体重和对乳房、阴毛进行发育分期，其中身高作一年追踪。结果表明：综合考虑乳房、阴毛（乳房阴毛）较单用乳房或阴毛能更好地反映月经初潮发生及身高突增过程。１０岁及以后无性发育者应考虑处于身高突增加速期，乳房２期阴毛１期为高峰期，以后进入减速期。乳房３期阴毛３期为初潮发生高峰期。乳房阴毛结合年龄等可进一步提高预测的准确性。
For 2139 healthy women aged 9-17 years in Guiyang City, the height, weight, and stage of development of the breast and pubic hair were measured, and the height was tracked for one year. The results showed that: comprehensive consideration of the breast, pubic hair (breast pudendal) than breast or pubic hair alone can better reflect the occurrence of menarche and height spurt. Asexual development at the age of 10 and later should be considered in the sudden increase in the height of the sudden phase of the breast phase 2 pubic hair 1 peak period, after entering the deceleration period. The period of menarche 3 pubescence was the peak period of menarche. The age of the breast and pubic hair can further improve the accuracy of the prediction.
