目的:研究和探讨超声血管增强技术(VET)应用于检测外周血管动脉硬化的临床价值。方法:选取2010-2014年中山市西区医院收治的562例外周血管动脉硬化患者为研究对象,将其按照检测方法不同分析观察组与对照组,每组281例,观察组给予超声血管增强技术检测,对照组给予传统二维超声技术检测,对比两组患者的检测效果。结果:观察组患者检测后的颈动脉硬化斑块、单纯内膜增厚、股总动脉硬化斑块、腘动脉斑块、股浅动脉斑块、胫前动脉血栓并狭窄等病变总检出率为96.4%显著高于对照组的85.8%,观察组的图像质量总合格率为96.1%均显著高于对照组的85.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声血管增强技术应用于检测外周血管动脉硬化,可清楚显示管壁结构和血管腔,降低伪像效应,提高病变检出率及图像质量合格率,为临床制定有效治疗方案奠定基础。
Objective: To study and discuss the clinical value of ultrasonic enhanced blood vessel technique (VET) in the detection of peripheral arterial atherosclerosis. Methods: A total of 562 patients with peripheral arterial atherosclerosis who were treated in Zhongshan Western Hospital from 2010 to 2014 were selected as study subjects. 281 cases in each group were divided into observation group and control group according to different detection methods. The observation group was given ultrasound enhanced technique , The control group was given traditional two-dimensional ultrasound technology to detect the test results of two groups of patients. Results: The total detection rate of carotid plaque, simple intimal thickening, common atherosclerotic plaque, popliteal artery plaque, superficial femoral artery plaque, anterior tibial artery thrombosis and stenosis in the observation group (96.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.8%). The total image quality of the observation group was 96.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.4%, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Ultrasound vessel enhancement is used to detect peripheral arterial atherosclerosis, which can clearly show the structure of the vessel wall and the vessel lumen, reduce the artifact, improve the detection rate of lesions and the pass rate of image quality, and lay the foundation for effective clinical treatment planning.
