随着全球经济社会的不断发展,经济全球化不断深入,人们饮食文化日益多样化、精益化.人们追求的幸福感不再仅限于物质的感受,更是追求精神层面的享受.民以食为天!更说明了食品安全在民生中的位置.现实情况如何呢？“苏丹红事件”、“禽流感”、“三聚氰胺事件”、“瘦肉精事件”、“上海染色馒头”等等,不断撞击着民众的神经.国人对食品安全的态度早已麻木和无奈,食品安全问题已经成为国人挥之不去的梦魇.面对一件件一幕幕丧失道德和法律基准的食品安全事故的时候,应重新审视这一已上升到国家公共安全高度的问题,更要加大对食品安全的监管力度.
