国产上海GF—1型消化道管状吻合器,是器械吻合方法的一种,国内正在推广应用。我们将此种吻合器用于40例食管、贲门癌切除术后的吻合(邢台地区人民医院30例,武警河北省总队医院10例),术后无1例吻合口瘘或其他严重并发症。现将体会介绍如下:临床资料 1、性别与年龄； 40例中男性29例女性1例,年龄36～67岁。2、病变部位及手术方式；食管中段癌切除,食管、胃在主动脉弓上吻合8例；
The domestic Shanghai GF-1 type digestive tract tubular anastomosis is a kind of instrumental anastomosis method, which is being popularized and applied in China. We used this stapler for anastomosis of 40 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer (30 patients in Xingtai District People’s Hospital and 10 in Hebei Provincial Armed Police Corps Hospital). There was no postoperative anastomotic leakage or other serious complications. Now experience is described as follows: Clinical data 1, gender and age; 40 cases of 29 males and 1 female, aged 36 to 67 years old. 2, lesions and surgical methods; esophageal cancer resection, esophagus, stomach in the aortic arch anastomosis in 8 cases;
