通信系统中为了选择出所需频段的信号,抑制其它频段信号的干扰,射频前端电路中往往需要采用由多个不同中心频率的滤波器组合而成的滤波器组,以达到选择不同频段信号的目的。滤波器组体积较大,不符合当前接收机射频前端电路小型化、集成化的主流趋势,所以用单个尺寸较小的可调谐滤波器取代传统的滤波器组是未来的趋势。本文研究设计了一款X波段的压控可调带通滤波器,在普通梳状线滤波器基础上在梳状线枝节末端加入变容二极管,通过调整电压改变变容管的容值以达到调整滤波器中心频率的目的。制作的X波段压控可调滤波器测试结果显示可实现中心频率在8-10GHz内连续调节,验证了该方法的可行性。
In the communication system, in order to select the signal of the required frequency band and restrain the interference of signals in other frequency bands, it is often necessary to use a filter bank composed of a plurality of filters with different center frequencies in the radio frequency front-end circuit so as to select different frequency band signals purpose. The larger filter banks are not in line with the mainstream trend of miniaturization and integration of the RF front-end circuits of the current receivers. Therefore, it is the future trend to replace the traditional filter banks with a single smaller tunable filter. In this paper, we design a X-band voltage-controlled tunable band-pass filter. Based on the common comb filter, a varactor diode is added at the end of the comb-shaped branch. The capacitance of the varactor is adjusted by adjusting the voltage to achieve The purpose of adjusting the filter center frequency. The fabricated X-band voltage-controlled tunable filter test results show that the center frequency can be continuously adjusted within 8-10GHz, which verifies the feasibility of the method.
