磷化液成分磷酸二氢锌25～35g1~(-1);硝酸60～66g1~(-1);氧化锌38～43g1~(-1)。校正曲线的绘制取磷标准溶液(10μg ml~(-1))1、2、3、4ml分别放入50ml量瓶中,加2N硫酸10ml,酒石酸锑钾(2%)3滴,摇匀,再加钼酸铵溶液(0.25%)20ml,抗坏血酸溶液(1%)3ml,用水稀释至刻度,混匀。1分钟以后,以水做参比,用1～2cm比色皿,在660μm波长测定吸光度。分析方法取磷化液1ml放入250ml量瓶中用水稀至刻度,摇匀。分取1ml放入50ml量瓶中,以下手续按校正曲线绘制的方法做。
